Newly-crowned Miss World 2013 Megan Young, on October 13, appeared on GMA-7's Sunday noontime show "Sunday All Stars" where she was serenaded by Kapuso heartthrobs Alden Richards, Aljur Abrenica, Jay-R, Mark Bautista, and Janno Gibbs.
But if you think Megan's gown looks familiar, that's because of the obvious fact that the gown she was wearing is exactly the same gown Kapuso star Julie Anne San Jose wore on her "It's My Time" concert at the Music Museum on May 11.
